Cancellations and refunds
This website provides information and contact facilities and does not process payments. This page explains how to raise a cancellation, return or refund issue concerning a transaction arranged separately with the business. Entitlement depends on the actual transaction, its agreed terms and applicable law; submitting an enquiry does not create a payment to refund.
1. No charge for browsing or drafting
There is no checkout, card field, paid download or booking payment on this portfolio. Reading a study, selecting a service interest and preparing an email draft do not create a payment to refund. A commission discussed later is a separate arrangement. Before transferring money, confirm the professional, the agreed scope and the payment recipient. Keep written terms and receipts; a contact form preview is not an invoice or evidence that a project has been accepted.
2. Before starting a commission
An illustration proposal should describe the views commissioned, reference inputs, creative stages, review dates and final file deliverables. Ask how a change of room geometry, additional angle or delayed source plan affects scope. Cancellation conditions should distinguish unstarted work from approved stages and any licence already granted. No charge or deposit rule is implied by displaying a concept on this portfolio. Any mandatory cooling-off or consumer remedy must be considered for the real transaction, especially before requesting an early start.
3. Identify the illustration and issue
Explain which commission and drawing the request concerns, the dates, the amount paid and the outcome sought. A reference number or limited receipt details can help locate the arrangement. Include the agreed views and relevant approval record if the concern is about scope. Keep full card details, passwords and security codes out of the message. A written request makes the issue reviewable, but preparing a draft alone neither sends it nor confirms that repayment has been accepted.
4. Part-completed creative work
If a spatial illustration engagement stops midway, useful records include the agreed views, work supplied, review comments, approvals and any source licence costs authorised in advance. A preliminary composition and a fully developed illustration represent different stages. The actual agreement and applicable law determine whether a charge, partial repayment or other remedy is appropriate. Do not assume all deposits are retained or that all rendered images become licensed after cancellation. Request a clear explanation of any proposed deduction and the permitted use of work already delivered.
5. Errors in an image or invoice
If a delivered view differs from the agreed source plan or an invoice duplicates a charge, describe the discrepancy with the relevant version and instructions. A changed preference after approval differs from an omitted agreed feature; both require the actual facts. The appropriate response may involve a correction or another remedy under the agreement and applicable law. This policy neither promises automatic repayment for every revision nor excludes remedies for deficient performance or an incorrect charge.
6. Digital files and any agreed repayment
A creative file cannot always be treated in the same way as a returned physical object. Agree delivery, review and any licence conditions for drafts and final work before a commission starts. If cancellation or repayment is agreed or legally required, clarify the amount, payment method, file-use position and processing arrangements in writing. No fixed refund period or blanket nonrefundable deposit is created by this website. Applicable consumer protections and a valid project agreement determine the outcome.
7. Other suppliers and unresolved requests
A printer, image licensor or architectural consultant can have a separate contract. Check which party received a payment and who is responsible for the particular service before directing a refund request. Keep invoices, briefs and correspondence if a dispute remains unresolved. Ask for an explanation of any proposed deduction and identify the outstanding point clearly. Statutory rights and competent complaint procedures remain available; a website notice does not make another supplier’s payment a charge collected by this portfolio.
